Customer satisfaction is our top priority at our accessories store. If you are dissatisfied with the products you purchase, you can return or exchange them in accordance with our return and exchange policy below.
1. Return and Exchange Policy:
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your product.
The product you wish to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged, and with its original tags and original packaging. The product and its complete set must be in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Return or Exchange Process:
You can contact our customer service team regarding the product you wish to return or exchange.
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your product.
You can return or exchange the product by following the instructions provided by customer service.
After the condition of the returned product is reviewed, your payment will be refunded or a new product will be sent to you upon your request.
Once your return request is approved, your payment will be refunded or a replacement product will be sent to you.
3. Shipping Fees:
In cases where the user is not responsible for any issues caused by our company (damaged product, missing product, etc.), the shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be covered by our store.
In cases where the user is responsible for any returns or exchanges (wrong order, dislike, order cancellation, etc.), the user must cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
4. Returns and Exchanges Not Accepted:
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incomplete sets, used products, damaged or worn products, or product sets.
Returns may be limited for products purchased during discounted or promotional periods.
Blue light filter glasses are not returnable. Exchanges are available. (The exchange terms specified in our policy apply.)
